Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Sano Nggoang – Ruteng (B/L/D)
Departure from your Hotel/Boat in Labuan Bajo by car to Roe village, about 20 km driving. There you will start a trekking tour for about 3 hours through the beautiful Mebeliling Forest until you reach Werang. On the way, you will see the exotic birds of Flores ie: Flores Hanging-parrot Loriculus flocculus, Flores Crow Corvus florensis, and a lot more. Explore the pure nature, the rain forest and get in contact with local people. After a while, you reach the Cunca Rami Waterfall where you can spend some time relaxing. Lunch will be provided by local people in Werang. In the afternoon you will drive via Lake Sano Nggoang to Ruteng. Sano Nggoang and its beautiful nature invite you for a one-hour cycling tour. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at Ara Garden Inn or similar in Ruteng.
Day 2: Ruteng – Reo – Dampek – Pota (B/L/D)
Today you drive to Reo at the northern coast of Manggarai and then continue to Pota. During a cycling tour of approx. 1,5 hours from Nanga Baras to Rana Tonjong you can see the giant lotus. In the afternoon you will arrive in Pota. Dinner and overnight at Teratai guest house (basic).
Day 3: Pota – Riung (B/L/D)
In the morning you start the trip to Riung. On the way, you stop in Tonggu. Before you have time to enjoy the time by swimming, relaxing, and snorkeling at the beautiful Batu Payung Beach you go for another cycling tour (ca. 2 hours). In the afternoon you arrive in Riung. Dinner and overnight in Pondok SVD ruing (Room with air conditioned)
Day 4: Riung Marine Park (B/L/D)
Today you will spend your time hopping around the 17 islands of the gorgeous Riung Marine Park– a chain of large and small islands i.e. Pau, Borong, Ontoloe, Dua, Kolong, Lainjawa, Besar, Halima and a lot more. All islands are uninhabited and their coastlines are pure white sand beaches. At Ontoloe Island you can watch flying foxes and bats. Afterward, you enjoy those magnificent beaches and the crystal clear water by swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. In the afternoon you return to Riung. Dinner and overnight at Pondok SVD Riung.
Day 5: Riung – Aegele – Ende – Moni (B/L/D)
In the morning you drive via Mbay to Aegela, passing very nice scenery of rice fields, hills and the blue stone beach in Nangapanda. You continue the trip to Maumbawa where you go for a cycle tour for about one hour. In the afternoon you reach the village of Moni. Dinner and overnight at Moni Eco Lodge or similar
Day 6: Moni – Kelimutu (B/L/D)
In the early morning at 04.00 am the car takes you to the three colored lakes of Kelimutu, one of the most spectacular and mysterious sights in Indonesia. You will witness a beautiful sunrise. Departing from the Kelimutu parking place you return to Moni with the bicycle for about 2 hours. After that, you visit the traditional villages Jopu and Nggela. In the afternoon you return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at Moni Eco Lodge.
Day 7: Moni – Soa – Bajawa (B/L/D)
Today you will drive to Bajawa, a small town located 1200m above sea level. Indulge your senses with wonderful scenery along the way. You will stop in Ende and in Nanga Panda to see the blue stoned beach. Passing the hot springs of Soa you have the chance to take a relaxing bath there, after a one-hour-cycling trip. Dinner and overnight in Happy-happy Hotel or Sanian Hotel Bajawa.
Day 8: Bajawa – Bena – Aimere (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you visit Bena – an ancient Ngadanese village above 1.5 hours away from Bajawa. Experience the unique way of life with the traditional houses and the ceremonies that are still authentic in a long-preserved tradition. After that, you continue via Wae Belah to Aimere, the center of “Arak”-production. Once arrived there you cycle to Wae Wole (1 Hour). Dinner and overnight in Mbalata.
Day 9: Aimere – Mukun – Ruteng (B/L/D)
Today you drive to Kisol and then continue to Mukun. Departing from there a beautiful cycling trip awaits. afterward, you continue via Jong to Ruteng. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in MBC Susteran guest house.
Day 10: Ruteng – Labuan Bajo (B/L/D)
Drive to Ulumbu, continue to Golo Cala, Wae Lolong, Nteer – Lembor – Labuan Bajo. Cycling tour in Iteng for about 1 hour.
