ITINERARY

Day 1 : Labuan Bajo – Ruteng (D)
Arrived in  Komodo International Airport in Labuan Bajo, Flores. Drive to Ruteng, the capital of Manggarai Regency, a small town toward the western of Flores island, Indonesia.  The journey will take approximately 3 – 4 hours. Overnight at MBC Guest House – Ruteng. Dinner at local restaurang

Day 2 : Lake Ranamese (B/L/D)
After breakfast we will drive to Ranamese lake , a part of Ruteng Nature reserve and conservation, It is an ideal place to do trekking and perfect place to do bird watching. Overnight at MBC Guest House – Ruteng. Dinner at local Restaurant

Day 3 : Golo Lusang – Pagal (B/L/D)
Breakfast at Hotel, drive to Golo Lusang, located inside the Nature Reserve near Ruteng, then to Pagal to do bird watching. All day will spend around this area. Overnight at MBC Guest House – Ruteng. Dinner at local Restaurant

Day 4 : Puar Lolo – Sano Nggoang  (B/L/D)
In the early morning drive to Puar Lolo to do bird watching. Afternoon drive to Sano Nggoang lake, the largest and deepest volcanic lake. It is located in Nunang Village. Hopefully we will see the and endemic bird species such as the native Flores crow and the Flores monarch. This is one of the reason why this 5,500 hectares area are proposed to become a protected area. The journey will take approximately 1 – 2 hours. Over night in home stay Sano Nggoang.

Day 5 : Lake Sano Nggoang – Labuan Bajo (B/L/D)
In the early morning, walking around  Nunang Village and spent our time till afternoon. Before we drive to Labuan bajo.
Dinner and overnight at Puri Sari beach Hotel

Day 6 : Komodo Island – Labuan Bajo (B/L/D)
Departure from hotel at 5am,  transfer to the harbor and by boat cross to Komodo Island, The Komodo National Park which is located between Sumbawa and Flores by boat. The famous giant lizards, who are unique to Komodo National Park, are not only of great interest to tourists, we also can do snorkeling and bird watching in this park. We will back to Labuan Bajo in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Puri Sari beach Hotel

Day 7 : Labuan Bajo – end of tour
Morning free program at Hotel, before transfer to the airport.

•    Drink water, 2 bottle mineral water per day,

Fitness:
 The trip suits all physically fit people. Walking is very necessary with some minimal climbing if any. However, preventive drugs and vaccinations will be necessary because malaria and other fevers are common in some places. Binoculars/scopes, good walking shoes/boots/sandals, rain gear (boots, umbrellas (this can be bought locally) and light clothing is important.
